Modern 3BR Gem in South Tampa – Minutes to Downtown & White Sand Beaches!

The stay was amazing. Positive: The stay was amazing. The house was super clean, modern, and spacious—beautifully designed and stocked with everything we needed and more. It had plenty of beds, making it perfect for a medium to large group. The location was convenient, close to the airport and surrounded by great food spots and bars. The owner was professional and responsive throughout the entire stay. Just a heads-up: if you’re looking to go out in St. Pete, it’s about a 30–40 minute drive, but Clearwater is close too. Negative: Nothing really, only thing I would’ve like is being closer to St. Pete.

We came to Tampa Bay area to spend time with family that lives in the area. The house and neighbor hood are in an easy location to access pretty much everything around you.The tile throughout helped with the dogs. The fenced in yard was a great feature. Our host Michael was always quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay there again.
